Infrastructure You Can Depend Upon
Temporary Construction is scheduled to begin January 2012 and lasting through to June 2012. Surveying, levelling, earthwork, and the construction of the treatment plant is scheduled to begin by the end of the third quarter of 2013, the power distribution, irrigation systems and communication structure will commence in the early part of 2014. Roadway & Lighting will follow in 2015 followed by the start of the Coastal Highway staring from Masachapa.
The Property is served by Union Fenosa Electric, a private electricity distribution company, which provides electric service to the home sites, villas, condominiums and club facilities. Sanitary sewer and water service for the Property will be provided by the Company. Telephone and telecommunications services will be provided by the Company or other service providers yet to be determined. The current approved site plan and artist renderings will be provided upon request.
Golf Course
For the golf course, the specifications, final contouring, staking, excavation and grading are complete. The final staking & clearing, excavation, grading, irrigation system commence at the end of 2013. The golf infrastructure, final shaping & grading is scheduled to commence at beginning of 2014 (pending financing) with the landscaping grow in schedule for the fourth quarter of 2015 and the course is scheduled to open in 2016.
Buildings & Amenities
The construction of the condominiums & bungalows are schedule to begin by the end of the fourth quarter of 2012.
