Also, these permits and approvals include the approval of the Major Use of Land Permit form INETER, department of Managua, Nicaragua establishing good conditions for construction on the land and no faults lines or risk to development.
In addition, development permits from the two local municipalities, water and cultural permits will be required.
Additionally, the Nicaragua Ministry of Tourism and the offices of PRO Nicaragua have signified their support for the project.
